Acceptance of terms

By accessing or purchasing from Bellavest you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our shipping and returns terms.

Eligibility and account use

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity under your account. Bellavest may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse or unlawful activity.

Pricing, VAT and payments

Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise. UAE VAT is applied where legally required — for UAE retail orders this is generally 5% under current Federal Tax Authority rules.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. Bellavest may cancel or hold orders for payment risk checks, stock mismatches or compliance checks.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary by location, weather, address access, customs and courier constraints. Risk transfers on successful delivery at the address you provide.

Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for eligible, unused, sealed products within the return window shown at checkout. Opened products, hygiene-sensitive goods and custom orders may be non-returnable except where the law requires otherwise.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Bank settlement timelines vary by issuer.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order yourself at any point before it ships, from Order History. A cancellation reason is required. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the returns process applies instead.

Authenticity and product information

Bellavest sells authentic products sourced through authorised channels. Product images and notes are for guidance; packaging may vary by batch or supplier update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including UAE consumer protection and e-commerce requirements in force at the time of the transaction.
