Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Overview

At Bellavest, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality and hygiene standards. This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all cosmetic and personal care products purchased through our official website. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, and in compliance with UAE health and safety regulations, all returns are subject to the following conditions:

  • Unopened & Sealed: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all hygiene seals, heat-shrink wrapping, protective films, and original tags fully intact.
  • Return Window: Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened, tested, swatched, or used in any capacity is strictly ineligible for return or exchange — unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, all return requests must be submitted exclusively through our self-service portal. Returns requested via email, phone, or social media will not be processed.

Steps to submit a return:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to Order History.
  • Select the relevant order and click "Request Return."
  • Choose the applicable reason for your return from the available options.
  • If your return involves a damaged or incorrect item, upload clear photographic evidence as prompted.
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, a courier collection will be arranged from your registered delivery address at no additional cost.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. Please adhere to the following procedure:

  • Report Within 48 Hours: Any issues relating to damaged, leaking, or incorrect items must be reported through the Order History portal within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Inspection & Resolution: Bellavest reserves the right to inspect the returned item upon receipt. If the claim is validated through our Quality Control process, we will offer either a full refund or a complimentary replacement, with return shipping costs covered entirely by Bellavest.

Failure to report within the 48-hour window may result in the claim being ineligible for review.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and successfully passed our Quality Control (QC) inspection, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, customers will be required to provide the following bank details upon submitting the return request. Refunds will be transferred directly to the provided account:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a Bellavest error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
  • Bellavest will not be held responsible for any delays or failed transfers resulting from incorrect bank details provided by the customer.

6. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

The following items are strictly excluded from our returns policy, regardless of circumstance:

  • Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional events marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Gift sets or bundled items where any component has been opened or used.
  • Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.

7. Policy Against Return Abuse

Bellavest actively monitors return activity to protect the integrity of our service and our customer community. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close accounts that demonstrate excessive return frequency, inconsistent return patterns, or fraudulent claims. Customers will be notified in the event of any such action.
