Question 1

Are your products authentic?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every product is sourced through authorised channels and held in our own Dubai stock before it reaches you — we do not drop-ship from third-party sellers. Items arrive sealed, with hygiene seals and original packaging intact.

Question 2

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Two: pay online by card, or pay cash on delivery. Card payments are handled on the bank's own secure page — Bellavest never sees or stores your card number. Cash on delivery is available on eligible orders and addresses; checkout tells you before you confirm.

Question 3

Do the prices shown include VAT?

Accepted Answer

Prices on the site are shown before VAT. UAE VAT at 5% is added at checkout, on both the items and the delivery charge, and the Order Summary shows it as a separate line before you pay.

Question 4

How much is delivery, and when is it free?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is AED 14 across the UAE, and free on orders over AED 150. Remote areas are AED 17.50, free over AED 150. The exact charge is calculated at checkout against your real address.

Question 5

How quickly will my order arrive?

Accepted Answer

Same-day in Dubai on eligible items ordered before 2:00 PM, and next-day across UAE once courier validation passes. Remote addresses usually take a couple of days longer. The ETA shown at checkout is always the current promise for your address.

Question 6

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment — we ship within the UAE only. If you are ordering from elsewhere in the GCC, message us on WhatsApp at +971 544445167 and we will tell you when that changes.

Question 7

Do I need an account to order?

Accepted Answer

No. You can check out as a guest with just an email address and a delivery address. Creating an account is optional, and it is what lets you track orders, save a wishlist and request returns yourself.

Question 8

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

You get tracking updates by SMS, email and WhatsApp where available. You can also open Order History in your account at any time, or use the order tracking page with your order number.

Question 9

Can I change my delivery address or cancel after ordering?

Accepted Answer

Only before the order is dispatched. To cancel, open Order History, select the order and choose Cancel. For an address change, call or WhatsApp +971 544445167 as soon as you can — once the courier has collected the parcel the address is locked.

Question 10

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, anything opened, tested or swatched cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect — this is a UAE health and safety requirement, not a Bellavest rule. Start a return from Order History; requests by email or social media are not processed.

Question 11

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of the item and the outer packaging. Call or WhatsApp +971 544445167. Damaged, leaking or wrong items are our error, so we cover collection and refund the original delivery charge too.

Question 12

When do I get my refund?

Accepted Answer

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection. Card refunds go back to the card you paid with; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the name on the order. Your bank controls how quickly it appears on your statement.

Question 13

How do I choose the right skincare for me?

Accepted Answer

Take the skin quiz — a few questions about your skin type and concerns, and it builds a routine from what is actually in stock. You can also shop by concern, or message us on WhatsApp at +971 544445167 and we will put a routine together for you.

Question 14

Do you sell to salons, retailers or in bulk?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We supply salons, clinics, retailers and corporate gifting across the UAE at wholesale rates. Open the Wholesale page to send an enquiry and the team will come back to you with pricing and minimums.
