• Order and payment details, excluding full card credentials — these are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
• Device, IP and session data used for fraud prevention and site performance.

• To send transactional updates and, where permitted, marketing communications.

Bellavest operates under applicable UAE legal frameworks, including UAE consumer-protection obligations, tax regulations and UAE data-protection requirements — including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 where applicable.

Sharing and processors

We share data only where needed, with trusted processors such as payment gateways, logistics partners, fraud-screening providers, CRM and communications tools, and cloud hosting vendors, all under contractual safeguards. Data processing may involve regional subprocessors for payments and logistics.

Retention and security

Data is retained for legal, accounting and operational needs, then deleted or anonymised. We use access controls, encryption in transit and monitoring to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
