VT's Reedle Shot 50 is the mildest formulation in the line, and it exists for a group the 100 does not serve.
The 100 is the standard starting point and, for genuinely sensitive or reactive skin, it is still too much - the tingling is uncomfortable rather than tolerable, and the barrier objects. Those people are usually told to avoid the product entirely.
The 50 is the same microspicule technology at half the concentration. Fewer microchannels, considerably less sensation, and a formula where the Centella Asiatica and panthenol calming elements are proportionally more prominent.
It is a genuine option rather than a token gesture, and for reactive skin that wants the absorption benefit without the intensity, it is the right place to be - possibly permanently rather than as a stepping stone.
Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin, massaging for around thirty seconds. Two or three times a week. Not alongside acids or retinoids on the same evening, and sunscreen the following morning.

Is the 50 strong enough to do anything?
Yes, though more gradually than the 100. For sensitive skin the alternative is usually not using the product at all, which achieves nothing.
Should I move up to the 100 eventually?
Only if you want to. Plenty of people stay on the 50 permanently - it is not a stepping stone unless your skin wants it to be.
Will it still tingle?
Mildly, and it settles within a minute or two. The sensation is much softer than the 100.
Can I use it if my skin is reactive?
It is the version formulated for that, but patch test on the inner arm first and start once a week rather than three times.
