Round Lab's 1025 Dokdo Toner takes its name from the deep sea water it is built on, drawn near the Dokdo islands.
The useful thing about it is the balance it strikes. Exfoliating toners are generally not recommended for sensitive skin - the acid load is too high, irritation arrives within a few days, and the product gets abandoned. Non-exfoliating toners are gentle and do nothing for texture. People with sensitive skin who also want smoother skin are stuck between the two.
This sits in between: deep sea water carrying trace minerals as the base, with a very light exfoliating action that is mild enough for daily use. Panthenol offsets even that small drying effect.
At 200ml it is sized for generous daily use, which is how a gentle formula produces results - through consistency rather than intensity.
Apply to damp skin after cleansing, pressing rather than wiping. Morning and night. Sunscreen the following morning remains sensible, as with anything carrying an exfoliating element.

Is it strong enough to do anything?
It works gradually rather than dramatically. If your skin tolerates a standard acid toner, you will get faster results from one - this is for skin that does not.
Can I use it every day?
Yes, that is the design. The exfoliating element is deliberately light so daily use does not accumulate into irritation.
Do I need sunscreen with it?
You need daily sunscreen regardless, and anything with an exfoliating element makes that more important rather than less.
Is it suitable for very sensitive skin?
It is formulated for exactly that, but patch test on the inner arm for a few days if your skin reacts easily - any exfoliation is still exfoliation.
