Most overnight masks absorb into the skin over the first half hour, after which whatever has not been taken up simply evaporates or transfers to a pillowcase. This one sets into a flexible film within about twenty minutes and holds the actives against the skin for the whole night, then lifts away in a single piece in the morning.
What it holds there is PDRN - salmon-derived sodium DNA, used for repair and firmness - along with caffeine for the appearance of puffiness and hyaluronic acid for hydration. Caffeine is well timed here: puffiness is most visible on waking, which is exactly when you remove the mask.
Apply an even layer over clean skin as the final step, avoiding the eye area and hairline where the film is awkward to remove. Leave overnight and peel away in the morning, then follow with your usual routine. Once or twice a week is enough.
