COSRX's Full Fit Propolis Synergy Toner does something most toners on the shelf do not.
The standard responses to dull skin are exfoliation and brightening actives. Both work on specific problems, and neither addresses the most common one - skin that is not congested or pigmented, simply flat and tired. Stripping that surface makes it worse.
This is built on black bee propolis, which carries flavonoids and amino acids and is used in Korean formulations for radiance rather than exfoliation. Honey extract adds the humectant character and the distinctive texture: noticeably viscous, closer to honey than water, going on slightly tacky before settling into a soft glow.
Panthenol keeps the formula comfortable on skin that is dull because it is depleted.
Apply after cleansing, pressing rather than wiping. It layers well under a serum and moisturiser, and works particularly well as a morning step before makeup, where the glow reads as skin rather than as product.

- After cleansing, apply the toner as the first step of your skincare routine. Gently massage over the entire face and pat until absorbed. Follow with serum, moisturizer and sunscreen during the daytime.

Why is it sticky?
The propolis and honey - both viscous by nature. It settles within a minute and the tackiness disappears. Pressing rather than wiping helps it absorb faster.
Is it suitable for oily skin?
It is a humectant rather than an oil, so it adds no grease. Very oily skin sometimes finds the texture heavy in summer, in which case use it at night.
Can I use it if I am allergic to bee products?
No. Propolis is a bee-derived ingredient - if you have a known bee or honey allergy, avoid this entirely.
Will it help with acne?
It is a glow product, not a clearing one. For congestion, the AHA/BHA toner in the same range is the appropriate choice.
