The formula is 96% snail secretion filtrate, which inverts the usual arrangement - rather than a long ingredient list built around a token amount of the hero, the hero is very nearly the whole thing. Snail filtrate carries glycoproteins and glycosaminoglycans, which is why it behaves less like a surface humectant and more like something that holds water within the skin over a day.

Is this suitable for oily skin?

Can I use it with vitamin C or retinol?
