Celimax's Pore Dark Spot Brightening Cream addresses two complaints that are really one story at different stages.

A congested pore becomes a blemish; a blemish leaves a brown mark. They are usually sold as separate problems requiring a pore product and a brightening product, which means two steps in a routine that probably already has too many.

Niacinamide is the ingredient that makes combining them viable - it works on post-acne marks and, over sustained use, on the appearance of pores. BHA handles the pore side more directly, being oil-soluble and therefore able to work inside the pore rather than only on the surface. Panthenol keeps a moisturiser containing actives comfortable for daily use.

The texture is light, which matters: congested skin needs a moisturiser but cannot wear a rich one without making the congestion worse.

Use as the final step morning or night. Because it contains a BHA, watch your total acid exposure if you also use an exfoliating toner or serum.
